It was such a relief to find out how to sweep through the groupwise emails for the year and clean up the mail box. The systematic approach was extremely useful and I will definitely use it to clean out my mail box this summer.
I'm setting up rules to move LARGE groups of messages into folders and have been whittling down my inbox. Onward and upward!
